If you wish to order another model or size, please return the purchased item and order the new item online yourself. We will refund your money for the first purchase as soon as we receive the item.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:29px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CLAIMS<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>We are truly sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the product you received, and we want to express our apologies. We continuously strive to maintain high-quality standards for our products, but unfortunately, problems can occasionally occur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the item you received from our online shop is defective, does not match your order, or if your delivery is incomplete or was damaged during transport, please reach out to our customer service team. It\u2019s important to note that we do not provide compensation for normal wear and tear or for defects caused by improper handling or lack of care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a customer, you have the right to notify our online store about any defects within two months of discovering them by emailing info@huppa.eu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the goods purchased have defects for which our online store is accountable, we will either repair or replace the faulty items.
