DELIVERY TIME FOR ORDERS<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Orders are delivered within 3 to 14 business days. The delivery times are estimated by delivery to big cities, so it might take more time for the package to reach smaller cities. Please keep in mind that delivery time may extend to the maximum duration during sales and promotional campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CAN PRODUCTS BE ORDERED BY PHONE?<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, products cannot be ordered by phone. They can only be purchased through the online store or in physical locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO PLACE AN ORDER?<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

You can place orders at the HUPPA online store as either a registered customer or a guest. Registering provides you with several advantages, including access to newsletters, special offers, discounts, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR A RETURNED PRODUCT?<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Refunds for products returned to the HUPPA online store will be processed as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after we have receive your product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HOW TO CHOOSE A SUITABLE HAT FOR A CHILD?<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

When selecting a hat for a child, always base your choice on the child’s head circumference rather than the size of a current hat or the child’s age, as sizes may vary depending on the model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
