We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Representative to drive Huppa’s B2B growth in Poland. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying and building relationships with resellers, distributors, and retail partners. This is a hands-on sales position that involves cold outreach, in-person visits, and ongoing partner management. You’ll also help shape our physical presence with showroom/retail space and support local marketing and online sales operations.
Responsibilities
Find and onboard new B2B resellers and distribution partners
Conduct regular cold calls, emails, and client visits
Build strong, long-term relationships with partners and wholesale clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet aggressive growth targets
Manage and present collections in showrooms or outlet spaces Support local retail, e-commerce, and marketing efforts as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fashion, retail, or wholesale industry
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish; professional proficiency in English is required
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and client visits
Comfortable using Excel, CRM systems, email tools, and basic sales reporting software
Knowledge of the Polish retail and distribution landscape is a strong advantage
Driving license and willingness to travel regularly across Poland for client meetings Education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory
